Causes of Lower Back Pain

When people come to us with lower back pain, as we discussed earlier, there are many reasons for lower back pain. Those include muscle spasms and sprains and strains of the ligaments.

Sometimes, it could be facet joint pain. These are the side joints around the spine. Or it could be due to intervertebral disc damage or herniations creating interference with those nerves.

How Intersegmental Traction Works

In addition to chiropractic adjustments, we utilize an intersegmental traction table. This allows us to create pumping for those discs and open up these facet joints, allowing the spine and muscles to relax, receive better adjustments, recover better and faster, and get out of pain faster.

So, I want to show you how this table works.

While this creates computerized traction, Leah is going to relax and enjoy vibration and heat, which will allow the muscles to relax even better. Afterward, we’re going to get her adjusted.
